Incredible house. Plenty of space and easy access to everything. It was totally a turn-key experience with minimal requirements. Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Pinehurst Village and the Golf Course. Plan to bring the family back soon.

Great Location to everything Pinehurst.

Terrific home close to everything that you would need. We were there for golf and it was across the street from Pinehurst #2 and close to all of the other courses. It is walking distance to downtown.

House has a great layout with separate bathrooms in each bedroom and nice common areas. Backyard is great. Staff was professional before and during our visit.

It's a tough place to beat if you're using it with friends, family, golf buddies or clients.

Our stay at the Casement Cottage was perfect. Plenty of space for the crowd, indoor and outdoor seating, right across the street from the church was for the wedding.

Would absolutely stay again.

Hi Guys - really appreciate letting us stay here. Great house. I would say for future guests that are staying for an extended period, leave more than two trash bags and some additional items (like a bottle of dish soap, etc.). We ended up having to go out and buy all these items and this is not normal from our experience in travel and staying for a week in a house.

The Casement Cottage was a very cool historic home with plenty of space for our family Christmas gathering. Great space to be together as a group or to spend some time apart. The close location to the Village was great so we could walk to see the decorations in town and at the Carolina Hotel. The weather was very cold so we were disappointed that the gas fireplace was not operational. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our time and the character of this house.

The place had tons of room for all eight of us. We loved being able to just walk to the golf course and just play all day. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a wonderful feature that came in handy more than you would think. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone I know.

We rented this home because of its proximity to the village green for the Tree Lighting event. Our daughters/husbands & 7 children spread out among the many beds. The living room was great for charades and watching TV. We also brought our firewood and used the patio fire pit.

We had a great time in the house. The only thing that I might note was the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom to the right was not great. It might be just the house. I did not ask about the pressure in the other 2 bathrooms that we used. Great house! Wonderful location! Hosted 2 Canadian buddies for four days of golf. We switch venues each year between Canada and US for a 4 day Ryder Cup format, 2 two man teams. Went so well that Pinehurst will probably be our US host site going forward.

Talk about location and proximity to great golf courses and restaurants, this is the spot. Right across the street from fairway #1 at Pinehurst #2 gives you an idea as to how close you are to the Pinehurst Resort and its 5 courses on property. The house was built in 1920 by a world class female Scottish golfer and recently went through a top to bottom renovation with all the bells and whistle added. Our group of 5 each had their own bedroom and bathroom which made for some very happy golfers. Great patio on the back (with grill), great kitchen for meals, and a great living room with overstuffed chairs and flatscreen TV to watch how the game of golf is really played. This one is a keeper on our rotation of golf trip destinations.

Gathered for a family vacation - 4 adult couples and one child, each family had a private bath which was great, back patio is amazing for dining/gathering and plenty of room in the kitchen for meal prep.

Three generations of our family stayed at the Holiday House for a family wedding in the area. The house is spacious and well-maintained. The kids especially enjoyed the games! If we ever need to bring the family back to the area, we would certainly stay again.

Nice home in location convenient to everything Pinehurst! Quiet neighborhood with parking for 4 cars in driveway. Common areas great for relaxing with up to 10 friends. Kitchen equipped for cooking any meal and table setup for 8-10 persons. We enjoyed relaxing and cooking "in" 3 of 4 nights. Very nice office area with ample charging stations and printer/scanner. Covered back porch smaller than it appears in photos - seats 4 comfortably. We would all stay here again!

This house was everything expected, plenty of room, comfortable furniture throughout. Pool was great. Kitchen was well stocked and nicely upgraded. Bathrooms were very nice with upgrades. Beds very comfortable. Location was perfect, only minutes from Pinehurst village and all the great attractions.

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks for the US Kids Teen Worlds and World Championships. We've stayed in Pinehurst almost every year for the last 7 years and this was the best place we've ever stayed. Property was as described. It was clean and well kept. We found ourselves vacuuming and sweeping out the garage at times because we wanted to keep it looking so good! Management company was super easy to deal with. Was great to relax in the pool after a hot day on the course. The only things we found ourselves wishing for was a regular cutting board instead of the thinner mats and a drainboard to better dry the dishes vs putting them on towels. That's minor stuff that we wouldn't necessarily mind bringing next time we stay. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

The house was perfect. A very open layout and great proximity to Pinehurst Golf Courses and a shopping center. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful property located in the perfect location right in the center of everything so close to restaurants and shops, and all the decor was up-to-date and beautiful. We stayed here for Thanksgiving. My parents live in a neighborhood close by and it was the perfect place for our large family with adult children to stretch out and relax at after visiting with family.

Four of us spent two nights at the location for a golf trip. The house was clean and very nice, and the pool was great given the high temperatures. A suggestion would be to add some barware (old fashioned glasses, etc.) to the wine glasses, but that is a very minor criticism.

Check in/out was super easy and Sand Hills Rentals was great to work with. The house is recently renovated, super clean and a great layout! The pool was a hit with the kids and the house backs up to woods so is super private. They also loved the ping pong table in the garage! It is close enough to walk to town but not super easy since there aren't side walks. Rooms are set up great and the beds are very comfortable. We loved grilling out on the deck and preparing meals in the nicely remodeled kitchen. We will definitely be back next year.

Very clean and updated home with a pool. Outstanding location.

We loved our stay at 25 McQueen. The house is perfect, recently remodeled and extremely clean. The beds are really comfortable and the layout of the house is perfect. The house backs up to a wooded area so the pool area and deck are very private. Only critique is the kitchen is lacking a bit of supplies to really cook a family meal and the back of the property could us a bit of an upgrade and some TLC. Small issues that really didn't take away from our trip... can't wait to get back! (Also communication with the staff was outstanding... I had a slight issue with the grill and they even offered to stop by to help!)

Overall the place was comfortable with plenty of room. There were a few things that hadn't been cleaned, mainly the master toilet.
Since ladies often like two towels for showering, I would suggest upping the amount of towels available.
Pool was chilly, but I wouldn't want to pay for heat either!

We had a great stay on a weekend trip to Pinehurst for a wedding. Marcus was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. The house was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable, and very conveniently located for town and other activities. We especially enjoyed the backyard - great pool and deck set up!

The place is spotless, well located, easy to find and has all the amenities you would want. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms in perfect shape. Open floor plan for kitchen, dining and sitting was great. Would book again. Perfect for a foursome.
