We came in at night so it was pitch black and there is no lighting to find the condo. We had to physically walk up to each door to even see the numbers on the unit units. We were afraid someone may come out and ask what in the world we were doing.

The water pressure in the condo was awful. Every shower barely dripped to rinse shampoo out of our hair. The master bathroom sink was clogged.And every sink barely had any water pressure throughout the entire condo. The beds were all right. Fine for our situation, but not super comfy. This condo needs a very good deep clean.

The condo was very nice. It was equipped with everything we needed. We were on a golf holiday so all we needed was somewhere to go to get showered and play cards in the evening. The location was great!

We were very pleased with our unit and our experience. Good location with a short drive or long walk to the main course. Unit was well stocked and had nice furniture, beds and TVs. Only very minor complaint was having to bring our own soap and shampoo. I've rented dozens of units and do not think I've ever seen that. I'd rather pay an extra dollar a day and have that provided. Again, very minor. Everything else was great.

Nice place right in the middle of Pinehurst. Had an issue with the water heater 9no one could've predicted), but they repaired it the following morning and we were good to go.

My wife and I own a property managed by Sandhills Rentals. It has been booked solid and I have not been able to visit Pinehurst for some time. As a father's day gift my wife reached out to Sandhills and booked this trip for me. The home overlooks the 16th fairway of Pinehurst #5. It is a great location. The unit was modern, clean and we had a great time.

Condo was clean and convenient to Pinehurst golf. Dated and lacked soem features but was adequate.

Location was great. Right across the road from Pinehurst CC. Sandhills made the check-in and check-out super easy. We were in Pinehurst for the US-Am.
The condo was a nice place to come back to after a long day on the golf course.

Exceptional

This condo is great...within walking distance to Pinehurst Country Club. We could see the clubhouse from the balcony. The balcony was great place to watch golfers while in the rockers. The condo overlooks #17 on course 5, one of our favorite courses. We only stayed in the master bedroom but the bed was comfortable and the entire unit was clean. We did several loads of laundry and the washer/dryer worked fine (property manager said the dryer had recently been fixed). The 3 smart tvs worked fine...we did test each bedroom even though we only used the one in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with items we usually don't see in a rental (coffee bean grinder was an especially nice touch!) We are golfers and love the decor. There are also games and books available to play/use. We did not use the fireplace but we did see wood near the steps that was available for our use. We will be back....oh, and the only bugs we saw were the huge bumble bees that were hanging around the blooming trees. We loved seeing the cardinals, woodpeckers that darted in and out of the trees near the balcony!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo which was very clean and well decorated.

Property was centrally located. Easy to get to different locations within minutes.

The rental had a great view of the coarse and had nice up grades.

We needed a place to stay for a tractor show in Carthage, this was close by and worked out good!

I go on several golf trips a year, this place was one of my favorites. Perfect for foursome.

Great, peaceful stay in it my Mom and husband. Separate rooms, beautiful golf course view on the balcony. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for the hospitality!

The property was in excellent location,easy access to everything. It could use some windows cleaning as there was a huge spider blocking entrance to the side balcony. It would be nice if the property provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a hair dryer. Kitchen was well equipped with all that is needed. Overall the apartment was spacious, clean (with the exception of the windows), beds were comfortable. I would recommend this rental.

Outside is dated but inside is renovated. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Great place to relax and unwind after a long day -- loved the recliners!

This townhouse is located on hole 1 of Pinehurst #5. It is walking distance to the Cradle and the clubhouse. You are right across the street from The Track Restaurant.

This was the perfect retreat at the end of a golf day. A number of courses and restaurants are just a short driving distance away. The location was within 10 minutes to Pinehurst courses No. 7,8, and 9. The view of Pinehurst No. 5 from the patio windows was beautiful. Location was also a short drive to grocery stores and shopping. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location and terrific view of the golf course. Condo is well supplied and has everything that's needed for a fun Pinehurst get-away.

Everything was fine, except we had no wifi during our stay. The user name & password didn't work--we notified the contact but did not receive a response.

I stayed here for 3 full months and everything I needed was supplied. The unit was a little nicer than expected from photos, and agent/owner was/were quick to respond when needed. Vacuum cleaner didn't work well, but that's the worst of it. Nice view of golf course from back deck. My deposit of $500 has not been refunded and it's been almost 3 weeks. That seems a bit excessive, but I do trust they'll get the check back to me.

Clean, comfortable, great location. 10min to hospital, 5min to the little village of Pinehurst, and 5min to flagship grocery shopping experience. No gym on site. Yoga 10-20 minutes away, depending on what you're looking for. Hospital has a pretty amazing fitness set-up worth checking out, as well (yoga, swimming, group classes, dozens of options). Deck overlooks golf course which is pleasant, though can be loud 10-30min early morning when they're working on the greens (leaf blowers, etc). Would rent here again! W/D in separate building just down the stairs.

Pros - Location was GREAT! We could've easily walked to the clubhouse of No. 4 and No. 2. The condo was very clean, quiet, and very satisfactory overall. Laundry room for condos was directly across the street in front of property. We would stay here again, especially for an $89 per night rate.

Cons - TVs in both bedrooms didn't work. Beds in master bedroom were LOUD. They squeaked and creaked with any movement during the night. Had to log in to wifi each time you needed it. Master bedroom was warm, smaller bedroom was cold.
