Please be aware there is very limited parking for this home. Only space for 4 cars. Please NO parking on lawn or on the road. All vehicles required to be in garage or driveway. Please get with Sandhills Rentals for other places to park your cars.

The layout of the house was perfect for our group of couples, singles, etc. Beautiful neighborhood... Enjoyed the Kayaks and the pier. The pool was such a wonderful way relax and unwind after golf and/or shopping in very near by Pinehurst. The outlets in the two master bathrooms did not work... small problem, but annoying. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Sandhills Rentals is a professional outfit, so everything is done by the book. Reservations, payments, check-in, check-out, communication, maintenance….. Everything was a breeze. The house is a dream. Spacious, modern, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, designed and furnished with taste. It felt secluded and private. It was very quiet. The neighborhood itself is super-upscale, with a great vibe. People were pleasant and welcoming. We are a family of 5 with young children. We were looking for a peaceful vacation away from it all, and we were not disappointed. My wife and I loved sitting outside after nightfall. I got out on the lake on one of the kayaks. The kids enjoyed the pool and huge TVs. We’re looking forward to coming back next summer for an even longer stay.

Yes, I would recommend this location to a friend or family member. Customer service was great. Sandhills rental team assisted me, and kept me updated upon my request. I would just recommend that the owners of the property keep up with outside maintenance to include quarterly pest spray services , so critters don’t enter the property, and keep up with outside lighting. This is a very dark community. Replace America Flag, and chairs near the lake (one chair broken). If your looking for a caterer utilize Elliot’s on Linden company food is fabulous!

This is a very large home with plenty of room for adults and teens. We had two families and there was enough space for everyone to have their own spot. The lake provided beautiful views no matter the time of day. The kids enjoyed fishing in the lake and using the kayaks for afternoon adventures.

What an absolutely great location, and a beautifully updated home. Plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms.
The view is spectacular, and the neighbors are all very nice.
One minor drawback is that the pool was not clean, and the cover a mess.

The house has a beautiful lake view. The sunsets were amazing. The house was perfect for our gathering. The rooms were large and the beds were plentiful. There is a small garage and short driveway, so parking was very tight. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall it was great. Very large and beautiful inside and out, with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have space. And the lake views were amazing. Areas of improvement should include: better parking (very narrow and small for a house that size with that many bedrooms when parking on the street is prohibited; iron and ironing board; more pots/pans/etc for the full and well appointed kitchen. Other things that would take it to the next level would be more outdoor cooking/grilling equipment; sound system in main entertaining area; pool table in the downstairs living room by the entry instead of a bedroom upstairs; fishing equipment/tackle; more adirondack chairs by the lake. Overall though an awesome place as is.
