Convenient to everything. Quiet and well equipped apartment. Needs a guide to how to access the tv.

We enjoyed the Rental Home. Nice and cozy. *Comfortable bed.
*I wish our first two days would've been with internet. We missed out on our movie time. *The lighting outside was good at night, to dark for walking down steps. *Entering the home was a little difficult using the app and following the instructions,were still not clear to press the house after putting in the code. Putting out trash direction location was clear. We had to look around for it(no signs).
Taylor and Tim were great help.

I stayed one night after viewing some real estate.

Great spot that is centrally located to everything in the area! Loved how we were right in the middle of all the places we visited (Pinehurst resort, Talamore, and only 30 min drive to Tobacco Road). Multiple great restaurants close by that were recommended by Marcus. Would definitely stay here again. Our first time to the Pinehurst area and we will definitely be back.

As an Airbnb user, I like when the host communicates and is responsive. And Marcus was a truly delightful host. The place exceeded our expectations, warm and welcoming. Upon arrival we felt like home. The bathroom was clean, the kitchen spotless, comfortable bed, everything well organized. Decoration and style was gorgeous, and the location was great for all we wanted to do: enjoy the beauty of nature, good restaurants and wine, charming coffee shops, and walking around town. Great gateway. Definitely, we will come back.

This place was very clean, neat and satisfactory. It's a quiet spot in the back where you have a little patio / breakfast area that is quite nice. We did have a lot of rain while we were there so it seemed a little dark inside at times. when the sun is out and the blinds are open it's really lovely. the rules seemed onerous at first and I was worried I wouldn't be able to have relatives over for lunch , but I talked to someone at the number and she was very friendly and helpful and reassured me itwas ok to have relatives over. They just don't want big noisy parties

We enjoyed our stay in Pinehurst. This property was perfect for the two of us. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and golf courses.

This location is very quiet, nicely kept, and peaceful. The furnishings were nice, it has easy access, and there are numerous restaurants and shopping within a stone's throw. I really enjoyed my stay.

This property was great for my stay. The location on the lower level of the building facing the trees made the condo feel like a cottage in the woods. There are stairs from the parking area down to the unit. The furniture and bed were comfortable, in good repair, and clean, though a few towels were mildly stained. The appliances were good quality and worked well. I would rent this property again and would recommend to others.

Great low key space

The condo was clean and the location to Pinehurst Village and all USOpen activities was perfect. My only suggestions are to get new pillows for the bed and a fitted sheet that stays on! Thank you for your help in renting.

The location is perfect. Not in the busy area but close to lots of great shops, restaurants, and golf courses. The place is exactly as the photos show. The bed and furniture are very comfortable. I didn’t use the kitchen but it is well stocked with utensils and cookware.

We had a very nice stay. The condo has everything you need. Very clean and cozy. Love the fireplace. Did not get to use the fireplace, Maybe next time. Will definitely stay again!

All good - bed comfy. Has recliner which is hard to find IN MY EXPERIENCE. Plenty of space.
Few suggestions: put bench or hanging shower organizer in shower as there is nothing, not even a ledge to put shampoo, soap on. Only the floor-inconvenient.
Also, a pot or two worth of coffee would be a good start till guest can get to store as well as 1-2 pods for clothes washing machine . Luckily, I brought one.
Oh, Also some adult-size hangers in the closet would be nice.

Perfect size for a couple. Lots of room in all areas. If you have mobility issues the 13 steps to the door might be a consideration. Although the condo gets the sun in the morning it is quite dark at other times as windows are all on the one side of the unit. The writing desk area is a nice feature with full length windows on two sides. Nice area for walking and handy for Pinehurst and Southern Pines. . Jordin was wonderful to deal with and helped solve a few minor issue at the beginning.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, like new. Couple of suggestions, a few cleaning products would have been helpful for keeping the stovetop clean and a broom to swipe the floors since we were there for a week. An extra bath towel would also have been nice. It was a great location close to everything we did there.

I stayed in this condo for 5 days and it was perfect! Very clean, fast internet, quiet and comfy. This was so much better than staying in a hotel price and comfortability wise. Sandhills Rentals was very professional and had great communication. I plan on staying again! Recommend to all!
