Welcome to 300 Oakmont! This newly updated 4 Bed, 3 Bath, ranch style home is perfect for any vacation in Pinehurst! Home is a true representation of an open layout. Renovated in 2022, 300 Oakmont offers a modern and updated ambiance. There is plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. Whether you like to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee out in the Carolina room, or a glass of wine (from your own personal wine fridge) to enjoy a crisp North Carolina sunset, this home has a vibe for everyone in your group. Sitting on a large, wooded lot, allows for peace and privacy as you enjoy each other’s company. Located less than a mile from the Village, putting you right by all the finer things Pinehurst has to offer. Oakmont is equipped with Wi-Fi, Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, grill, two gas fireplaces, ceiling sonos speaker system, washer & dryer, two full sized fridges, a wine fridge, fully equipped kitchen and six burner gas range stove cable tv with over 150 channels, backup generator, and a large 2 car garage. Home includes 3 Smart Tv's. Parking for 4 cars.
Home is pet friendly to non-shedding dogs under 40lbs. *Non-Refundable pet fee required ($150 per pet)! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact management if you plan on bringing your pet.
Home does require some steps and uneven surfaces.

Our first time renting with VRBO, and we hit the jackpot! This home was spectacular. Beautiful furniture in every room and everything was there for our stay. We did not encounter any issues while there and it was within a mile of the hotel from our visit last year where there were grocery, fast food, Exxon, and Walgreens so we knew our way around. Very quiet neighborhood. The only thing missing was TV’s in the bedrooms, but we made it work without-especially after long days on the golf course. Can’t wait to return next year.

What a great home to enjoy with family and friends. Very spacious, bedrooms with comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated - it's definitely a must rent. The extra sitting rooms were a great opportunity to take a break and read or watch TV. The management company was very responsive on a couple quick questions but absolutely zero issues with the home. And the home is perfectly located to the main clubhouse, resort, shops, grocery store and restaurants.

Our group was very impressed by the accommodations. House provided plenty of room for a group of 8 and was well appointed with kitchen accessories. The rental communication leading up to the trip could have been a little more responsive to confirm and answer questions.

The house was perfect for a getaway golf weekend - had everything we needed! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable! All redone, with great kitchen, baths and outdoor deck(even though we did not get to enjoy due to bad weather). Plenty of space to lounge around and so convenient to everything in Pinehurst. Stayed for 5 nights with 6 folks on a golf trip, so the larger beds were a big plus. The house was nice and clean, and the recent renovations give you the nice “I’m on vacation “ feeling. Location was excellent and all the golf was nearby and easy to get to.

300 Oakmont is a beautiful, brand new, and well appointed home, conveniently located less than a mile from Pinehurst Resort/Village. The property was impeccably clean and well maintained.
The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the property manager was accommodating.
Visiting for a long golf weekend, our group took advantage of the large kitchen area and ample seating throughout the entire house. We also loved the garage for access to and from the house, and golf club storage. The second fridge was a convenient bonus as well.
I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area, be it for golf trips, a family visit, girls weekend, etc.!

Newly remodeled home close to restaurants and golf. Added feature has a back up house generator and a Weber grill. Great kitchen and lots of space. Large garage for two vehicles, including full size pick up truck.

Oakmont is absolutely perfect! It slept our group very well! All rooms had large and comfy beds. The home is decorated very modern and intimate. The double sided fireplace added a very elegant vibe, when eating our meals. My family and I were impressed with how clean the home was. I would be to recommend this home to anyone traveling to Pinehurst!
