Homes are also promoted through monthly email blasts to local Realtors and previous guests, featured on our social media, and included in local advertising — ensuring maximum exposure and visibility for your property.

Reservation & Calendar Managenet - No more juggling calendars! We handle every booking, keep your schedule organized, and make check-ins and check-outs run smoothly for everyone. Our online owner portal lets you track reservations and property status anytime.

Accounting- Each month you will be provided with your monthly rent direct deposits as well as a copy of your statement. Sandhills Rentals has a trust account specifically for your property.  As a Sandhills Rentals Owner you’ll be taken care of when it comes to tax time! We provide a 24 hour owner portal with access to all monthly statements as well as providing your 1099 in a timely manner. 

Guest Support- We’re here for your guests before, during, and after their stay — and provide emergency support whenever it’s needed. From answering questions to handling special requests, arranging concierge services, or putting together golf packages, we make sure every guest has a seamless and memorable experience. Guests also have access to an app we use for easy communication and property information at their fingertips.

Housekeeping & Turnovers - Clean, fresh, and guest-ready every time. We coordinate with the same trusted housekeeping company we’ve worked with for over a decade, restock essentials, and perform a thorough inspection before each guest arrives.

Maintenance & Repairs - Any maintenance issues are handled by our on-site field manager, and we coordinate with trusted vendors as needed to keep your property in top condition. Annual maintenance resets include battery replacements, updating linens and towels, and a deep clean — ensuring your home stays safe, fresh, and guest-ready all year.

Owner Support & Portal Access - Whether you want to be hands-on or completely hands-off, we make managing your property simple. Owners have direct access to our team anytime, plus an online portal to check the calendar, view detailed owner statements, book an owner stay, or schedule a guest-of-owner stay. Statements break down rental income, management fees, maintenance invoices, and any other expenses or credits — giving you full transparency and peace of mind.
