This 4 Bedroom/3 Bath home sleeps 8, and includes comfy large beds, and flat screen TV’s in every room. Fantastic dining area opens to the kitchen with all the necessities including both a drip and K-cup coffee maker. Garage has been transformed into a game room! So many fantastic features of this vacation home, you need to come check it out! We offer golf packaging too, so contact us for more information! We stay here every time for our bi-annual golf trip. Sleeps 8 comfortably (everyone gets their own bed) --- plenty of bathrooms; great space to hang out whether your eating breakfast or catching a game on TV. Gas grill and gas outdoor fire place are perfect for post golf relaxing and saying hi to people on the 10th tee.

House was great and conveniently located. The house is setup for two foursomes of golfers. One of our grandsons was playing in the RWB tournament over 4th of July so we had four kids and four adults. Perfect setup for us as well. Comfortable and clean and plenty of room.

Awesome spacious house for 8 guys in town to play some golf and catch up! Plenty of room and a great back deck to grill out and hangout while watching golfers tee off on the members no. 3 10th tee! Would be happy to be able to come back next year!

The house was a perfect place for our group of 8 golfers! Everyone has their own bed and plenty of seating in the living area to chill. The screened in porch was nice in the evenings and the outdoor deck was a great place for a drink and a cigar. Location of the house was great -- very central to the entire area. We didn't play any of the Pinehurst Resort courses, but we still only had 15 minute drives to the ones we did play. Working with Sandhills Rentals was easy. Marcus was extremely attentive and helpful with everything from finding the perfect house for our group to setting up great tee times and great courses. We'll definitely be contacting Marcus next year for this annual guys trip.

Great location! This is the second time our group has stayed here. Quiet area and has views of Pinehurst #3 from the back deck. House is set up to sleep eight perfect and kick back in the living room around the TV with he lazy boy recliners.
Garage is great for a challenging each other to some ping-pong or darts. Owners have the house set up to keep everyone entertained and also gather to recap the days golf round.
Looking forward to booking again for our next trip.

we've rented this house 3 years in a row for our group of 8 guys and it's perfect for our golf weekend. everything you need and very comfortable having large bed for all the guys. Love sitting on the back deck playing poker at night and cheering on those teeing off on hole 10 of Pinehurst 3 during the day. We've been known to hand out a number of free beers to them to0! just a fun place to be.

Our rental was postponed from Christmas week to June because of covid- 19. We were very pleased with the house, located across the fairway from a daughter. It is a lovely home stocked with books, games, ping pong and darts. It has a great view of golfers out the back. It is clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to any friend.

We rented this home to accommodate our Friendsgiving weekend. Lots of golfing and turkey.
The house was perfect! I worked well for everyone. We had our dinner at the house, the kitchen offered everything that we needed.
Unfortunately, we didn’t use the game room much, as the leather furniture in the living room was so comfortable everyone seemed to fall asleep in front of the TV!!
